Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MOV Lab. By booking a session, purchasing a package, or entering our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for a minimum of 8 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session start time will result in the full session being charged.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced class time and will still be charged the full session fee.

 

3. Package Validity

  • All packages have no expiry. 

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

4. Health & Safety

  • By participating in any MOV Lab session, you confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of taking part in exercise activities.

  • You agree to inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before each session.

  • MOV Lab reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

5. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for your session.

  • Grip socks are required for all reformer sessions for hygiene and safety.

6. Refunds

  • All purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical incapacity, with proper documentation.

  • In the unlikely event MOV Lab cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or credit to reschedule.

7. Liability Waiver

  • MOV Lab and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit.

  • By participating, you accept full responsibility for your health and safety while at the studio or during virtual sessions.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms

  • MOV Lab reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
